I DO; dynamic classes which are designed to challenge and encourage students to explore their bodies potential to find new space and strength in their practice, offering a wide variety of movement and playfulness all whilst accommodating for all levels.

I DO IT BECAUSE; my passion is to help people (re)discover the best version of themselves. To feel the benefits of physical movement and a peaceful mind. Achieving a sense of love and awareness of our body and mind in unity with nature and our surroundings. Bringing this awareness beyond the yoga mat to where the real practice begins.

I DO; Asian Yin Yoga og Hatha yoga.

I DO IT BECAUSE; I can help guiding the students to let go of tensions, stiffness, soreness and pain by creating space, so that they will get a strong, mobile and healthy body. This will prevent injuries, increase performance and body awareness. I combine the newest science from explain pain education, yoga therapy, myofascial release and Traditional Chinese Medicine. The intention is to guide the students mindfully  through the asana to find a deep sense of inner peace and calm.

EARTHLETE & ME; I am passionate to help people live a more healthy life with a balance between their body and mind. A big step in that direction for me is to share all the knowledge and experience I have gained myself living a life on a plant based diet in the western culture. I want to be part of creating an environment where everybody is welcome and where you can find information and guidance on life.

I DO IT BECAUSE; I love to teach Yoga. Yoga has been life changing for me and it feels so good. I want to do my best for the people on this planet, so teaching Yoga is part of my contribution. I feel Yoga can greatly enhance one’s senses; physically, emotionally and spiritually. I intend for my students to bring fresh inspiration to their day.

EARTHLETE & ME; I believe Mother Nature is our natural home and greatest teacher. We have evolved to such a sophisticated species, we are able to be physically active and do things constantly. But to be fit and alert we need things like mindful movement and fresh plant based food to give us the optimal energy and opportunity to be the healthiest, happiest versions of ourselves.

I DO IT BECAUSE; I want to help the everyday athlete become stronger and healthier so they can perform better on a daily basis.

EARTHLETE & ME; I am an Earthlete because I care about the environment and want to perform my best at the same time. For these reasons I choose to eat a whole-foods plant-based diet. For me I feel more like an Earthlete when I use the earth as my gym.
