This is a class is a holistic workout, that combines the best from yoga, pilates and dancing. You will get a sense of reconnection with yourself through exercises that moves your mind, body and soul.

– Yoga gives you a free breathing, flexibility and balance
– Pilates gives you strength, and focus
– Dance gives you grounding, energy, and joy
– Guided meditation gives you time to just be and inner peace through calming the nervous system
