MOVING PARENTS ‘N BABIES
In this class you will get to move and exercise your own body in a playful way together with your baby. You will learn to move in the most appropriate ways for your body. Getting up and down from the floor 20 times a day with a baby is a workout in itself, and it’s as important to have correct alignment doing this as it is doing heavy weight lifting. We will also have some focus on gentle rehabilitation of pelvic floor, core and lower back (dads can do push-ups as well as relaxation of sore shoulders and neck. And of course breastfeeding, nappy changing and cuddling with babies will be first priority
-And dear mums / GODDESSES! – The focus is not to ‘get fit’ after birth, but rather to get to know and feel comfortable in your body, which no doubt feels different than before pregnancy and birth.
