Earthlete Yin Yoga is a calm yoga class, where all asana are held for 2-5 minutes with a focus on a deep breath. Yin yoga creates balance in body, mind and spirit. It works with connective tissue and fascia trains in the body. It is especially good for you who want more space and flexibility in the body, improve your performance, prevent injuries and improve your health.

I DO IT BECAUSE; I can help guiding the students to let go of tensions, stiffness, soreness, and pain by creating space so that they will get a strong, mobile and healthy body. This will prevent injuries, increase performance and body awareness. I combine the newest science from pain education, yoga therapy, myofascial release, and Traditional Chinese Medicine.
