MEDITATE WITH THE GONG & GONG BATH
Together, we’ll experience how the vibrations from the gong can be used to strengthen our ability to focus in meditation in this relaxed state.
I will guide you into a deeply relaxing gong bath: Let yourself be surrounded by an ocean of sound, starting a cleansing process that releases stagnated energy and opens for a state of deep relaxation and well-being.
